1. Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles to the Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs

The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho intends to award a supply contract for motor vehicles in Maseru, Lesotho with financial assistance from the 11th European Development Fund. The tender dossier is available from the Imprest Administrator, Support for the Reform and Strengthening of Governance in Lesotho, Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Old Justice Building, Along Old Parliament Road, Maseru, Lesotho.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 1:00 pm on 12th February 2024.

Government Printing and Stationery

TENDER NO.4 FOR DESIGN, PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF SECURITY PRINTED DOCUMENTS


Tenders are invited from suitably qualified legally registered businesses for Design, Printing and Supply of Security Printed Documents for the years 2024/2025 to 2027/2028.

Tender documents are obtainable from Government Printing at Industrial area near Maseru Bridge on payment of a non-refundable fee of M3000.00 from 15th April 2024 to 28th May 2024.

Tenders in duplicate (original and four copies) should reach the Procurement Unit Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs (Government Printing) P.O. Box 268 Maseru 100 Lesotho, Industrial Area near Maseru Bridge.

The closing date this tender is 28th May 2024 at 10:00am and tenders will be publicly opened on the 28th May 2024 at 10:30am. Tenders in sealed envelopes should be marked ‘Tender for Design, Printing and Supply of Security Printed Documents’

PRICES should include all relevant and essential unavoidable costs, e.g., transport costs, inflationary factors, insurance, unforeseen circumstances that might arise and should be VAT INCLUSIVE.

Tenderers are advised to adhere to the following mandatory requirements

(i) Valid Trading License or Business identity card

(ii)Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Certificate (where applicable)

(iii)Certificate of incorporation and company extract detailing operations, ownership (share allocation) and identification documents of owners.  

(iv)Audited Statements of Financial Capacity by the registered auditor (Auditor should supply a signed verification letter on company’s letterhead and/or stamped. Also should provide certification for registration with regulatory body).

(v)A 2% bid security in a form of Bank Guaranteed valid 90 [ninety] days after bid opening

(vi)Certificate of Bona Fide Tendering to be completed, stamped and/or signed by one of the Directors

(vii)Statement of commitment to be completed, stamped and/or signed by one of the Directors

(viii)Manufacture’s authorization form/letter signed and/or stamped by the manufacture’s authorised representative.

 

Non-compliance to the requirements will result in disqualification of a tender

The Ministry of Justice and Law and Parliamentary Affairs does not necessarily accept the lowest bid of any tender.
